Our shipping process is designed to ensure that every order reaches you on time, in perfect condition, and with complete transparency. 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Partners
We ship all orders through trusted delivery partners to ensure your sunglasses reach you safely and on time.
Our partners may include Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or India Post (depending on your location).
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small service fee may apply (displayed during checkout).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link.
You can track your package directly through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Cool Sunglasses is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at coolsunglasses10@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Cool Sunglasses ships only within India.
International delivery will be introduced soon – stay tuned for updates on our website and Instagram.
